Digital parenting made easy

Hi, I’m Jessica Chalmers – but you can call me Jess – an online child safety expert, social media professional and mum to two tech-loving children.

Like you, I worried about keeping my children safe online and wanted to do everything I could to protect them.

And I imagine the niggly feeling you have in the back of your mind right now is exactly the same as the one I had a few years ago.

There’s absolutely no shame in admitting you feel in the dark when it comes to your children’s tech. Things move so fast that it’s hard to keep up. But you’re here now, and I’m ready to help you.

I’ve spent the last few years learning everything there is to know about keeping young people safe online – and I want to share it all with you.

Where it all began

As a social media specialist, I loved the power social media gave to businesses to grow online. But I also felt uneasy about the impact it could have on our young people.

And after watching the Netflix documentary: The Social Dilemma, I decided to do something about it.

Since then, I’ve trained with some of the world’s leading digital parenting experts, attended conferences, read books and listened to more podcasts than you can shake a sticky controller at!

Keep your family safe

I’ve gleaned a wealth of knowledge to keep your children safe – and your anxiety levels in check – and share it with parents, schools, charities and businesses through a series of fun, interactive workshops.

My goal is to give you the confidence to safeguard your children online. After all, we all need one less thing to worry about.

My four workshops cover general online safety, social media, gaming and porn – because shockingly, the average age a child first sees porn is just 11 years old.

Feel empowered

Whichever workshop you choose – and many parents do more than one – you’ll walk away knowing how to talk to your children about their online activity and will feel empowered to make the best choices for your family.

At last, you’ll be able to stop worrying about what everyone else is doing and do what’s right for you.

Book a workshop today if any of the following applies to you:

  • Your child is always glued to a screen
  • You want to increase your internet security settings – but don’t know how
  • Your child is using games or apps that you don’t understand
  • You worry about the effects of cyberbullying / grooming / sexual content
  • You want to relax knowing your child is safe online

Safety… in numbers

Smart devices are a great way for children to connect with their friends and learn about the world they live in. But it’s our job to make sure they do it safely.
